Jiang Xiaohui meets Suihua officials on seed and fresh-corn supply

On the afternoon of 12 September, NONGKEYU co-partner and Vice Chairman Jiang Xiaohui visited Suihua, Heilongjiang, and met Municipal Party Secretary Han Xuesong. Talks covered seed innovation, the fresh-corn value chain and digital–smart farm services, reaching multiple cooperation agreements.

Secretary Han welcomed Jiang’s delegation on behalf of the municipal Party committee and government, and affirmed NONGKEYU’s long-standing contribution to Suihua’s modern agriculture. He said Suihua is advancing its “four agricultures” plan and “five goods” integration, driving large-scale modern agriculture with science and innovation. He hoped NONGKEYU would leverage strengths in seed R&D, branding and channels to deepen practical cooperation in tech commercialization, value-chain extension and precise producer–buyer matching—complementing government and enterprise strengths for win–win, high-quality growth.

Jiang thanked Suihua for its continued support. He noted the city’s unique black-soil endowment, solid modern-agriculture base and broad application scenarios. NONGKEYU’s fresh-corn project in Mingshui County is running well and already demonstrating impact. Going forward, the company will stay market-led, build on R&D in varieties such as 336 sweet-waxy and black waxy corn, and connect R&D–growing–processing–sales—combining Shenzhen’s innovation, capital and channels with Suihua’s black-soil resources so good varieties stay on black soil and good products reach broader markets.

After in-depth discussion, both sides agreed to co-build a seed R&D demonstration base, advance high-end fresh-corn food R&D and processing, and create a digital–smart farm service centre. They will set up regular communication and speed delivery of projects—putting seed at the core and intelligence as an enabler—to raise black-soil farm quality and farmer income, contributing NONGKEYU’s strength to rural revitalization.

Suihua leaders Dong Pengxiang and Zhang Fuchao, relevant municipal departments and Mingshui County officials also attended the meeting.
